About us
Arcus is the operating layer for institutional markets sales. We help coverage teams prepare, advise, and leave a pack the treasurer can keep — without a plugin into the bank stack.
Who we are
Corporate FX sales still spends too much of the week rebuilding the same work: a blotter in one system, a chart in another, and a presentation that no longer matches by the time someone walks into the room. Terminals price the tape. They do not run the book, test a hedge, or produce the pack.
Arcus exists for that gap. The product was shaped with desk veterans — people who have sat the coverage call, explained residual risk without netting carry into it, and stayed late on a Friday to make the slides agree with the engine. We encode that workflow once so it does not walk out the door when someone leaves, and so it does not have to be re-taught to a new engineer every year.
Arcus FX is live today. Sales prep, the analytics, and the pack run in minutes on the same book: a ranked call list, saved filing scrubs, refreshable charts, plot tools, a historical hedge, and PPT or PDF from those numbers. A five-person desk is $299 a person a month — about $18,000 a year — against staffing a markets engineer to keep that work in agreement. Arcus Rates and Arcus Commodities are in the building, on the same client, the same risk language, and the same pack.
How we work with a desk
We do not hand over a generic login and wish you luck. Each house gets a desk shaped to how it actually covers clients, and someone to call when the book will not wait until Monday.
Policy bands, house pack templates, which tabs are on, which pairs sit on the market update, how Home ranks a call — we configure Arcus as a service for your desk, not as a one-size product you have to bend around. New coverage, a new region, or a new pack standard should be a conversation with us, not a six-month internal build.
Markets do not close because it is Sunday in New York. Coverage teams get around-the-clock support: the book, the charts, the pack, and the questions that show up an hour before a treasurer meeting. You are not waiting on a ticket queue that opens at nine.
How we talk
Every number on the desk carries its method. Residual cash-flow risk is not a price. Model output is not a tradable quote and is not investment advice. We would rather say what a print is than dress it as something the salesperson cannot defend in the room.
There is no Excel add-in and no terminal application to install. Arcus runs in the browser, behind an organization login — the form of access bank IT will actually allow. When you are ready to connect internal systems, that is an option. It is never required to start.
We will walk Home, a backtest, and the pack — configured the way your desk works.
